How do you cope with current insanity of Clown World? I used to have a huge stress relief from every day routine by simply going to 8chan or even 4chan, and then being moderately "free" to share a laugh with like-minded frens and occasionally read some interesting stuff to redpill me further. But as a matter of a fact routine during the Great Reset has turned into hell, it enormously increased my misanthropy, and now globohomo is enforcing "green pass" so I'll be probably out of work within a week or a month or who knows. Meanwhile 8chan is gone, I very rarely post on 4chan which becomes more awful by the day and (((agitators))) succeeded in killing our small boards where remarkable anons still showed up. I thought I was a rat in a cage before, well what will become of me when I won't be able to provide for my family? They will accuse me of being selfish, giving up a job because of some injection. The kikes have thought this very well. I know what you'll be saying next, because I remember those words very well myself. Why won't somebody do something? Why don't I do something? The fact is, I cannot just quit everything and go innawoods and turn into a martyr like those honorable White Warriors. I simply lack everything needed to even attempt. I am sickened at the thought of my own powerlessness. I don't know any like minded person irl, and I trust no one. I know everything about me in this situation is wrong, I also know that anons who will insult me as a reply are ultimately right, but still.. I don't even ask for advice, because I know what the right things to do should be (be healthy, train, get supplies, acquire weapons) yet I am still stuck in between everyday routine + duties and standing on the verge of being crushed by the System along with the ones I love. So call me a dumb weak faggot, but I needed to vent and I was not going to do this on the 4chan honeypot at least.

You sound very demoralized by addiction. Read The Arcane Formulas (Atkinson), or The Untethered Soul. Understand that the self is nothing but Will and Awareness, which is located primarily in the prefrontal cortex. What's funny though, is that all addiction tends to cause what's called hypofrontality and blocks off this portion of the brain more and more. No one really mentions that hypofrontality is the underlying physiological factor behind dementia, schizophrenia, ADHD, alzheimers, etc (since it's better for profits to label it and prescribe a product). In quitting addiction, some people get to a point where quitting of their own Will or Awareness becomes totally impossible, and this is where I was before I began to simply reverse this process with meditation.

You would have to make a habit by doing the same practice for 21 days before switching to quitting ***** if you're this far gone (most aren't), but it made it insanely simple to move from ***** addiction to actually working towards my goals.Don't expect to succeed for 21 days straight, that won't happen the first try. Simply be strong enough to take it in stride, and reinforce the identity that you are already free from addiction.
